ELECTRONIC BLACK BOX ACN-90

The ACN-90 model of the economic black box has been designed to register the spectrum of loads of elevating devices (hoist), according to the UNE 58 919 normative.

The ACN-90 model of the economic black box has been designed to register the spectrum of loads of elevating devices (hoist), according to the UNE 58 919 normative.
Apart from the control over the safe working period (SWP) established by the norm, they have several registers for the control of the:
– number of lifting maneuvers
– number of impulse lifting maneuvers
– time of maneuvering of a lifting
– number of surcharges
– number of passed over surcharges
– activation of revision per number of hours or date.
All the data will be visualized in the AMM-40 terminal of configuration (see catalog) protected through a security key. It includes a restrictor for the control of surcharges. Can be connected on whichever weight sensor sited in fixed branch line, return tackle block, cart, cable, etc.
Prepared for systems that do not incorporate a load cells.

The ACN-90 economy black box is designed to recording the load spectrum of lifting equipment (hoists), in accordance with the UNE 58 919 standard.
Safe Operation System “PFS” established by the standard, provides of various records for the control of:
– number of lifting manoeuvres.
– number of impulse lifting manoeuvres.
– time of lifting manoeuvres.
– number of overloads.
– number of bridged overloads.
– activation of revision by number of hours or date

All data will be displayed in the configuration terminal AMM-40 (see catalogue) protected by a security key.
Includes limiter for overload control. Can be connected on any weight sensor located in fixed branch line, pulley
forwarding, trolley, cable, etc.
Prepared for systems that do not incorporate load cells.
