Airpes’ spreader beams are designed and manufactured with the most advanced and demanding standards for material handling and heavy-duty lifting cranes. Each one of our spreader beams is not standard but always custom-designed for every customer, because it will perform a specific job that demands specific needs.

Spreader beams and lifting beams are a solution designed by Airpes to lift and handle any kind of object in any kind of situation. In addition to fixed spreader beams, we can design adjustable spreader beams that will automatically adapt to any kind of object, even if the center of gravity of this object is tilted to one side. The adjustable version can be automatic or hydraulic. We have experience in the design and manufacture of many types of spreader beams for many companies and sectors: aeronautics, automotive, wind industry… It doesn’t matter how heavy or big is the load, we will design the heavy-duty spreader beam that will do the job. We can adapt our spreader beams to work in any condition, indoor or outdoor, and with different kinds of cranes, slings, rigging, chain, hoists, and loads. The environment is not a limit.

Adaptations and extra features to your spreader beam

In Airpes we have wide experience in adapting every spreader beam to a specific job and customer. Each one of our spreader beams can be upgraded with features like the following:

• Being adjustable in length – we can design a spreader beam that is adjustable mechanically or hydraulically
• Being adjustable in the center of gravity – that way the same spreader beam will be able to lift different objects that are tilted respect to its center of gravity. We install adjustable counterweights to perform this function
• Radio control – you can receive live information about the state of the spreader beam
• Safety features – to deliver a spreader beam that will follow all the mandatory safety rules

Sectors

Our spreader beams usually are designed and installed for companies working outdoors or that must handle very heavy loads. You can lift your spreader beam using a chain or any other type of rigging: we custom design your special spreader beam with the desired and better sling for the work and we adapt the product for any crane.
